Right to complain
There is a 2 year warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product/service.
Amager Bryghus ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on C.O.D. are not received.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period starts from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be borne by you.
Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 after purchase and from the date of withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days of the shipment.
The message must be given by email on email@example.com. In the notice, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send back. You can find it here ( Get withdrawal formhere)
Condition of the goods when you return them
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical shop.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not use it.
