One of our first collaborative brews is Wookiee IPA, first brewed during a visit from Port Brewing from San Diego on the West Coast of the United States. And the style is also precisely a West Coast IPA, which is a particularly hop-potential beer with a marked bitterness. Wookiee was one of the first Danish beers to use the uniquely spiced hops Sorachi Ace, which gives notes of coconut, mango and dill.

Ideally suited for American cuisine, such as a spicy burger or tacos with lots of chilli.
