Description
Type: American Pale Ale
Alcohol: 5.5%
Amber gilt, light caramel sweetness with fresh, citrusy aromahumles.
Our pale ale is brewed with inspiration in the beer type "American Pale Ale", which is characterized by high drinkability and the use of good aromahumle. And we have not spared the hop types Cascade and Centennial, which have been involved both during cooking and in the subsequent dryhumling. The two hops together provide a fruity freshness in both fragrance and taste. Here, both grapefruit and peach are sensed – and a tiny puff of pine needles.
Christianshavn's Pale Ale stands warm amber gilt in the glass with a dense, creamy and quite enduring foam crown that leaves a discreet lace on the inside of the glass as it slowly settles. The beer has a medium filling with a slightly sweet malt character, where a touch of caramel is sensed. The beer is rounded off with a light and dry bitterness that excites the taste buds and creates balance and harmony. Christianshavn's Pale Ale is an easy-drinking beer that can – and should – be enjoyed in copious quantities.
