When Amager Bryghus rounded out his brew number 1000 we found it worth celebrating. The beer was a spicy West Coast IPA with the unique Sorachi Ace hops in the foreground. It became so popular that it has now almost crept into our regular range of beers.
The hop coconut notes make the beer a suitable companion for spicy curries or meat salads from Thai cuisine.
